I started as a Field Technician with IMSERV and was fortunate enough to be given an opportunity to progress into an Regional Field Manager role, initially as a secondment and now in a permanent position. I love my job, and really feel like part of a 'work family' here. I'm really excited to see what the future brings for the company!
I started my journey with IMSERV back in 2018 in a temporary data entry role. Within just a few months I was offered a permanent analyst position in the Field Services team, and in 2025 I stepped into my current role as ESG Lead while also starting a Sustainability apprenticeship. What’s made the biggest difference to me is the culture here - there’s always been support, encouragement, and opportunities to grow. I’ve been lucky to work with amazing people who’ve inspired me along the way, and I’m really excited about what’s ahead as we take our ESG agenda to the next level.
